The Steering Committee was formed to plan and implement the CRM Project which was approved by MIDA for PERDASAMA. With the Community Relation Management Project, the upgrading and modernisation that will be done to Perdasama will help the organisation to properly service the business and industrial Bumiputera Community and also public at large.
Perdasama will have "One Stop Service Centre" in all its Branches and it will also double up as a complaints bureau for the business community.
It will serve Malaysians from all walks of life and also foreign businessmen and industrialists who requires the services.

1. The Association Website
2. Membership Management
3.Survey Management
4. Marketing and Promotion Management
5. Helpdesk Management (One Stop Centre and Complaints Bureau)
